Preapproval: a commitment based on verified information.



From a mortgaging standpoint: Certificate of Occupancy deals with Safety. Final Inspection deals with marketability.


When it comes to new construction…It seems that it is a whole lot easier spending for upgrades than it is figuring out how to pay for them.
